Delivery Time
If an item is not in stock or a special order, please allow 4 -6 weeks for delivery. All of our products are custom made.
Linen Care
Please take as much care in laundering your linens as we do in making them. To ensure your new linens last and last, please follow our washing instructions.
- Wash warm, gentle cycle
- Do not use bleach
- Tumble dry, medium heat
- Do not overdry
- Iron while still slightly damp
- Overdrying of linens will damage the cotton fibers
- Like any garment, bed linens feel and look best when ironed
- Wash your new linens before using
- They are oversized to allow for shrinkage
Return Policy
All of our products are custom made, only defects in manufacturing will be accepted for returns. Returns are not accepted without prior written or verbal authorization from Bonjour of Switzerland. Retail customers must contact their dealer first, regarding any returns due to defects in manufacturing.
